Ashley P. Ferrell is a Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Alabama studying institutional histories, reckoning, and repair. 

Ferrell holds a Ph.D. in rhetoric and communication studies; an M.A. in gender studies; and an M.Ed. in educational leadership and policy.
